Karani Kriya 

This kriya helps you to feel secure allowing you to act in the world and enhance both creativity and the Self. It helps you find the source of creativity in the heart so you can find how a way to make a lucrative livelihood and satisfy the soul at the same time.

Learn to meditate. This meditation is called Karani Kriya and is a Kundalini meditation using breath, mudra and eye focus. The purpose is to help you connect to your life's purpose and tap into your inner creativity.
Meditation is nothing but taking a mental shower.

Yoga with Lisa Gniady

Through yoga poses, student will develop greater flexibility strength, body awareness and balance. This practice blends yoga styles and will include meditation, breathing practice and relaxation techniques. Bring a yoga mat and bottle of water to class. Enjoy a relaxing class overlooking the lake.

10:15-10:45
Monday Morning Chanting
Chanting is a practice that can bring you to a state of internal peace when you use your voice in unison with others to raise your vibration and everyone in the room. It can work to move stuck energy and bring you joy and happiness. Come open to you, chant and leave smiling.

6:00-6:30pm 
Meditation
Meditation is like a shower for your mind. Take time to still your busy mind and relax as you learn different meditation techniques. Through breath, smell, sound and movement you decide which style of meditation resonates with you.

6:30pm -7:30pm
Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation and Gong    
 Kundalini Yoga, Breathwork, Meditation & Gong Ages 14 & Up 13 wks Take your yoga to the next level! This class will take you on a journey to find joy and peace within yourself. Use breath, mantra and movement to bring you to a state of balance. Practicing in a group amplifies the experience. Each class will include meditation and occasional Gong Relaxation.

Benefits of Yoga for Children

In the current world we live in with overstimulation, rushing from here to there, and a constant bombardment of media, we need tools to quiet ourselves and relax. Yoga, combined with breath work and singing (chanting) can help still and focus a busy mind. In a relaxed, fun, playful setting, learn tools to deal with stress and aid in concentration. On the physical level,  move and breathe and work on flexibility. When we have a flexible body, we are more comfortable and find more comfort in our minds.

What I have learned through the years is that if something is important to you, you make it a priority in your life. Yoga is one of those priorities and has changed my life. It is a practice of studying yourself. With each new stage of my life, my practice has evolved and so has my teaching . What began primarily as a physical practice for me, to burn calories and stay fit has evolved into much more of a spiritual practice. What yoga has taught me through the years, is each day is a new day. Each day I awaken more to my true potential. It is a the practice of “me.” Going in, learning and exploring. Finding the best parts of me that I can then bring out and share with the world.
